Can I get a cash advance from a debit card from another bank? It is a large amount that I will not be able to withdraw from an ATM AND I need to deposit that cash at TD Bank.

We apologize that we're unable to accept American Express Cards in our Stores for over-the-counter cash advances.

How much do you charge for this cash advance? I am currently a Capital 360 account holder and on my bank side it is free but I heard you may charge a fixed or percent fee.

Please be sure to bring with you a valid ID, which includes a State Driver's License with Photo and Signature, State Issued ID with Photo and Signature, or a US Passport with Signature.
We also recommend that you reach out to Capital 360 to confirm that you will not be assessed any fees for performing a Cash Advance on your card.
