is using a debit card for a checking account at a store or gas station the same as using non TD atm, fee wise.

Please know that TD Bank does not assess transaction fees for purchases in store or online in both the U.S. and abroad!
We do assess a non-TD ATM fee for the use of an ATM not owned/managed by TD. To learn more about this fee please visit here: http://go.td.com/1cTejgt.
