When i call the automated service and use my debit card number it sends me to a representative but when i use my account number i dont have a problem. My account wasn't hacked and I've used it for online purchases with no problem so what's the deal?

To better address your concerns, we recommend dialing 888-751-9000 and enter your 16 digits TD Visa debit card numbers at your convenience. If you are again being transferred to a Banking Specialist, they should be able to see the transfer reason code and be able to diagnose via telephone.
