I am in another country right now and I could not paid for the parking fines using my td card. When I tried to pay my fines I had this error: "Declined Restricted Card".
And I have not possibility to calling you.

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you reach out to us directly for assistance. Without calling, you can contact us by logging in to your online account and sending us a secure message. If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. To send a secure message, please select "Send a Message" in the "Message Center" located on the left hand side of the screen.
As you've mentioned that you are travelling, your acceptance issues can be caused by the lack of travel notifications on your account. You may send your travel notification via secure message as mentioned above. Be sure to include the dates and locations in your message.
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, you may do so at any time by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, Social Security Number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address to complete the enrollment process.
