Good morning, Harry, and welcome to TD Helps.
We're so sorry to hear that you haven't yet received a debit card for your TD Bank account. There are a couple different ways you can request a new card, and we'll be happy to provide you with all your options so that you may choose the one that is most convenient for you.
First, you're welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Here at TD Bank, we offer instant issue debit cards, so by visiting a TD Store location during lobby hours, one of our Representatives will be more than happy to have a debit card printed for you on the spot, which you can immediately begin to use.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store location, that's okay! You're welcome to either call, or even send a secure message, to one of our Banking Specialist. By doing so, you may request a debit card, and a Specialist will be happy to have one mailed to you, typically within 7-10 business days.
To speak with a Banking Specialist over the phone, simply dial 1-888-751-900, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Should you decide to send us a secure message, it's important to include the address where you would like your card to be sent, as this information will need to be confirmed before your request can be submitted.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at any of the methods mentioned above, Harry.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great start to your Tuesday.
