Thanks for choosing to reach out to us today, Norman.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that our Mobile Deposit limits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. At this time, the limits to the amounts you can deposit using the Mobile Deposit feature is as follows:
3-6 months, deposit up to: Daily Limit: $1,000 - 30-day Limit: $2,500
6-12 months, deposit up to: Daily Limit: $2,500 - 30-day Limit: $3,500
More than 1 year, deposit up to: Daily Limit: $2,500 - 30-day Limit: $6,000
Please note, the limits listed are subject to change. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions for our Mobile Deposit.
If the amount of the check exceeded your Mobile Deposit limits, you have other options to deposit your checks. You may make your deposits at your local TD Bank Store, at a TD ATM or you may even mail your checks to our Banking by Mail department.
Banking by mail is simple, and easy. All you would need to do is mail your deposit to the address below:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, Maine 04243
The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day.
If you need to Fed-EX or UPS a mail in a Deposit to us, you can ship it to the address below:
TD Bank Bank by Mail 140 Mill Street Lewiston ME 04243
We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our Funds Availability policy starting on page 38. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail - Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same - Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only") - Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed - Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy - If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly - Do not staple transactions
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Additionally, you may visit any TD Bank Store near you. Please look here http://bit.ly/TDStores for your locations near you.
We sure hope you find this helpful and have a great day.
