Saving & Managing Your Money
In reply to Rick, Kamloops
Thank you for reaching out to us here on TD Helps, Rick! We'll be happy to answer any questions you have about Mobile Deposits.
Based on your question, it sounds like your referring to our Mobile Deposit feature via our mobile application. Mobile Deposit is a free service for eligible TD Bank Customers. In order to be eligible, you must be a TD deposit Customer for at least 90 days or more and have at least one active Checking, Money Market, or Savings account. CDs, IRAs, and Passbook accounts are not eligible.
You are able to deposit Money Orders and Checks through TD Bank's Mobile Deposit. Please take into consideration that Money Orders are difficult to capture a readable image for Mobile Deposits. There are security features within the background of Money Orders that could trip up image processing systems such as our Mobile Deposit. We recommend depositing the Money Order at any TD Bank location during lobby hours to ensure the promptness of the deposit. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you.
We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit. If you have any additional inquiries, feel free to contact our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562 available 24/7. You may also visit your local TD Bank location for additional assistance.
We hope this helps and have a great day!
