Welcome to TD Helps, John. We're pleased to say that we do offer the option to deposit a check via mobile deposit.
Mobile deposit allows you to take a picture of a check using your iPhone or Android phone to deposit into your TD account. Please note that you will need to be a TD Bank Customer for at least 90 days or longer
and also have an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account.
To use mobile deposit you will need to be enrolled in Online Banking. If you are not enrolled yet, you can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number to enroll online. If you need any assistance enrolling, you may call us and speak to one of our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You could also stop by any local TD Bank Store and they would be happy to help! Visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to view TD Bank location details and hours.
Once you've successfully enrolled for Online Banking via the TD Bank website, you can then use the TD Bank Mobile App. We encourage you to visit http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H as this will provide information on how to use the Mobile Deposit feature. You may visit http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for a list of Frequently Asked Questions which could be helpful. If you need any further assistance, please call our Banking Specialists at the number listed above or feel free to visit a local TD Bank Store.
We hope this helps, John and please let us know if you have any other questions.
