I received an unsigned check from a customer today. Am I able to deposit the check without their signature or do I need to go back to them and get another check with a signature?

Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Thomas!
In order to deposit this check, you will need to ensure that it is endorsed. We are unable to accept a check that is not signed. Even if it were to be accepted for deposit, the maker's bank would likely reject payment on the check due to a missing endorsement.
Once the maker has signed the check, we invite you to come in to see us. We'd be happy to accept your check deposit. To find a TD Bank Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
You should also be able to deposit the check through the ATM or by mobile deposit.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores.
We hope you're having a great day, Thomas!
