It sounds like you're expecting a direct deposit or transfer. We'd be glad to help.
When a direct deposit is sent your account, we usually receive it one day prior to your pay date. While we're unable to make funds available before the release date on the payment, we may be able to verify if we've received it. Please give us a call at 888-751-9000.
