I tried to deposit a check. When I got to "Deposit a Check" and I enter the amount, (30.00) it shows up as $3,000. On the calculator, it displays a 'comma' instead of a period. How do I change the comma to a period?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, Russell!
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using Mobile Deposit. Typically, when making a Mobile Deposit and you enter in the amount of the check numerically (please note that you must enter a period when you originally enter your deposit amount and no comma is needed), click on "Continue" it opens your camera so that you can take a photo of both the front and back of the check.
