I deposited money (cash) into my boyfriends account through a teller. It's been over a 24hr period and he still has yet to receive the cash I depostied .. Why is this ?

Please understand that even though we would like to help you directly, because TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we do not have access to your boyfriend's personal account information to do so. With that being said, if your boyfriend still does not have access to the funds you deposited, he is welcome to contact us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After account verification, we would be happy to help with a status of the deposit.

If your boyfriend is enrolled in online banking, he may also send us a Secure Message so that we can review the account further. To send a secure message he must first log in to his TD Bank online profile. He can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, he should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
