I use my app all the time but I recently received a cheque from Bank of America.
The funds are in USD. Can I still use the app; will it covert currency?

Foreign check deposits work a little differently, Julie, and we'd be glad to help.
It sounds like you're referring to making a deposit to your TD Canada Trust account. If this is the case, we encourage you to reach out to our friends on the Canadian TD Helps Team here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. They would be glad to clarify how to make a foreign check deposit.
Your Specialists at TD Canada Trust are also able to clarify how to make this deposit too. Reach out to them by choosing a convenient contact option here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
If you bank with TD in the US, a foreign check will need to be deposited with a Teller by visiting any TD Store during lobby hours. You can take a look at TD Stores you'd like to visit here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
When considering making a foreign check deposit, we ask that you review the following:
Please know that your deposit of a foreign check to TD, the international check must have an equivalent value of at least $100.00 U.S. Dollars.
Rates used for currency conversion are provided by TD Bank traders. We do not use rates printed by third parties in newspapers or published online.
For your protection, the item should be hand delivered to a Store and not mailed. Please do not deposit foreign checks by using the ATM or via Mobile Deposit.
The conversion rate applied will be on the day the check is received in the Foreign Check Collection Department. Additionally, fees may apply for the deposit of a foreign item. Please take a look at our current Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
Keep in mind that there are exceptions that may cause delays in funds availability. We invite you to look at our Funds Availability Policy here: http://go.td.com/1kb17UQ. On pages 40-44 the document reviews information about when you'll have access to deposits. For foreign check deposit funds availability, please refer directly to page 41 for additional information.
We hope this information helps, Julie. Have a great afternoon.
