We understand any concerns you may have with having received an unexpected transaction on your account, and we'll be happy to help you get in touch with a Representative so that they may address your concerns! Please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, and because of this, we do not have access to your account specific information.
Our Banking Specialist are very knowledgeable, and are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-888-751-9000. As always, you're also welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
