I was charged a 15 dollar maintanence fee. I understand this happens when my balance falls below a certain point. Is this fee charged more than once a month if this happens more than one time a month?

Good to see you, Devin and great question!
For our accounts which require a minimum daily balance, if this is not met on one or more days in your account's statement cycle, a maintenance fee can be assessed one time at the end of that statement cycle. As this is a monthly fee, it would not be assessed more than once in your monthly statement cycle.
We have a couple of account types which might assess a $15 maintenance fee, so we encourage to you locate your account type on these pages: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF and http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT. Once you have found it, you can review the details about the account to make sure you know the minimum balance required each day and to learn more about when fees can be assessed.
You're also welcome to give us a call, Devin. We'd be happy to review your account personally with you and help you avoid this fee going forward. We can also make sure you have the best product type for you. We're available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for you, or you could also stop in to any of our Stores listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. We apologize that we can't check on this from here for you since this is an unsecured forum, but we're sure we can help when you reach us by phone or in person.
We hope this helps a bit, Devin.
Thanks again for stopping by and please enjoy your Sunday!
