Thank you for visiting us at TD Helps, Joyce. You have a few options to verify if you have received direct deposit.
First, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you.
If you are enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your direct deposit if it has been received. After you are logged onto your account, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. Then select from the following drop down options “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen.
If you would like to view a current-day transaction, click on the dollar amount listed under the “Pending Transactions” column and you will be able to get a break down of any authorized or submitted items not yet posted to your account.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance.
Also, you may obtain your account transactions and balance by dialing our 24/7 automated telephone banking system at 1-800-937-2000.
We hope this helps, Joyce. Have a great one!
