Thank you for sending us your question today, Julie.
Generally speaking we have not had any recent changes or updates to our maintenance fees. Kindly keep in mind that on some of our accounts, there is a monthly maintenance fee and a minimum daily balance that we ask you to keep in order to avoid this fee. If your account falls below your required daily minimum balance, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle. If you can identify which type of account you have, you can review the requirements for that account and identify the required minimum daily balance to avoid this fee.
To learn more about our personal Checking accounts, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1s4rW4W. The minimum requirement can be located underneath each product type. You may also find this link helpful: http://bit.ly/1nldlQv.
