For further assistance with your new Debit Card request, you have multiple options of contacting us. The easiest way of doing so would be to send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you must first be logged into your Online Banking. Once you log into your Online Banking you'll have the option of sending us a secure message. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the “Message Center." If you have any trouble, you may reach out to a Live Customer Service Representative at 1-888-751-9000.
You may also make this request by telephone. As you have stated that you are currently in Ukraine, you may either call the number listed above, or you may also call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
