We appreciate your visit, Wai Kin.
Typically, you should expect to receive your debit card via mail within 7-10 business days from the account opening date. It will arrive in a plain white envelope for the security of your account. Please note delays may occur depending on your Postal Office.
As this timeframe has passed, we apologize for the delay and invite you to visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours and pick one up immediately! Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank Store and locations near you. Once at the Store, please let the Representative know that you currently have an ATM/Visa debit card being sent to you in the mail so it can be closed.
If you prefer, you are also welcome to contact us at 888-751-9000 available 24/7. After verification, our dedicated Banking Specialists would be glad to help request a TD Debit card for you.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
