I get my direct deposit over the weekend and it credits the money to my account until Monday when payroll goes through. Can I use an ATM to withdraw from my account without getting charged an overdraft fee before Monday?

Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Krystal. We'd be glad to discuss your question with you.
Generally speaking, for direct deposits, funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times and the funds will be available for use to make transactions, such as for ATM withdrawals or debit card purchases, once processing is complete. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits. Please note that any transaction to your account that exceeds your available balance may be subject to overdraft fees.
Given that this is a question pertains to your account specifically, we ask that you to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Bank location. Once our Banking Specialists verifies your account information, they'll be able to provide the additional assistance that you need. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
As we'd like to assist you directly, we are unable to do as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum.
We hope this helps, Krystal, and let us know if we can be more of assistance. Take care and have a good one.
