Welcome to TD Helps, Menelinka! You came to the right place to find information about Direct Deposits.
Depending on your employer you may use either the Direct Deposit Authorization Form, which can be found here: http://bit.ly/1hLQ1cP, or you may use a blank voided check to set up your direct deposit.
You may also stop by a TD Store, during lobby hours, for assistance in obtaining the Direct Deposit Authorization Form. For a list of Store locations and hours, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are looking for a voided check for direct deposit purposes, you can simply write “VOID” on one of your personal checks. If you do not have any checks, you can order them by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
You may also place an order by logging onto your Online Banking, and select the “Customer Service” Tab. Once you’re there, you can than select the “Order Checks” link. If you are not enrolled yet you may do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. After selecting the link, you will be asked to choose "Personal" or "Business." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information (your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address). Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, that’s okay! You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
We hope this information is helpful and you have a wonderful day!

Thanks for joining us Fatima,
To set up your direct deposit, you're welcome to use our Direct Deposit Authorization Form available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. This form should be able to be presented to your employer to begin your direct deposit.
To locate your routing and account numbers for this form, you're in luck as we have a few options for you. First, if you receive paper statements for your account, your account number is located in the top right corner of your statement.
If you don't receive paper statements, don't worry. Another easy way to locate your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be brought to the Accounts tab, which lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view your account number.
If you don't bank online with TD Bank yet, you are more than welcome to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can enroll you after account verification during your call.
You will also need your TD Bank routing (ABA) number for the deposit. If you do not already have this number, please note that routing numbers are based on the state where you originally opened your account. For a list of our routing numbers by state, please visit: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
Otherwise, to obtain any of this information you are welcome to visit any TD Bank store location during our convenient lobby hours. Please find a store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores. You can also pick up the Direct Deposit Authorization Form during your visit if you prefer.
If you'd rather use a voided blank check, kindly note you can provide one of these if you currently have a book of checks for your account. We apologize that we don't have a blank check available to give you that would contain your account number, unless a check order was placed.
Thanks again for getting in touch with us, Fatima.
Hoping this helps with your deposit. Have a great one!
