Hi, I'm a student at the University of Alberta and I was suppose to get a tuition refund via direct deposit. I checked Bear Tracks and it indicates that they have deposited the money today, but i don't see it in my account yet. So I was wondering how long does these direct deposits take to show up in an account??
thx and cheers

Thanks for your question, Sam. We'd be glad to help.
For direct deposits, funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times and will be available for use once processing is complete. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
