In order for me to be able to have direct deposit I have to use a certain website but I can not access this site from home. Is there a way I can see direct deposit set up on my account?

Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Kayla! We are happy to answer your questions.
If you're having trouble with a website that is required to set up your direct deposit it is recommended to get in contact with the company issuing the deposit for troubleshooting tips.
Typically, when a direct deposit is first being set up, the depositor will "test" the account with a zero dollar deposit to ensure there are no issues prior to sending the actual deposit. To check to see if this has occurred on your account yet, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or you're more than welcome to visit any TD Bank location, during lobby hours. Thanks again for writing to TD Helps, Kayla. Let us know if you have any other questions and have a wonderful day.
