My new job is asking for a preprinted deposit form for my checking account that includes my account and routing number. Can that form be faxed to me?

Hey, Renee and welcome to TD Helps! We are more than happy to assist you with Direct Deposit.
Our Direct Deposit Forms are not available for faxing but we're happy to let you know that we do have an online form you can use! We invite you to find our Direct Deposit Authorization Form available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. Although the form will not be pre-printed with your information, you're welcome to write it in and we'll detail how you can locate the info you'll need below! You can also visit any of our Stores to obtain this form if you find that you are nearby.
You'll need both your routing and account numbers on the form. To locate your account number, if you have a checking account with TD Bank and have some checks, your account number is located on the bottom of your check, to the right of the routing number. Look here: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K for an example. In addition, if you receive paper statements, your account number is located in the top right corner of your statement.
If you don't have either of these nearby, don't worry because we have more options for you. Another easy way to locate your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be brought to the Accounts tab, which lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view your account number.
You will also need your TD Bank routing (ABA) number for the deposit. If you don't already have this number, please note that routing numbers are based on the State where you originally opened your account. For a list of our routing numbers by State, please visit: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. If you're not certain of yours from the list, feel free to reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance.
Otherwise, to obtain any of this information you are welcome to visit any TD Bank store location during our convenient lobby hours. Please find a store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this is what you were looking for, Renee! Take care and have a great one.
