Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Kevin
We have a generic direct deposit form that will help provide your company with the necessary information they need in order to set up the direct deposit. This form cannot not be signed by a store representative nor copied to bank letterhead.
You may obtain a direct deposit form at your nearest TD Bank location during lobby hours, or print one from home by visiting our site here: https://go.td.com/2gFYSlD and selecting the link for the form needed.
We hope this information answers all your questions. Please let us know if should you have any further questions. Have a great rest of your day!
