Hi,i start working with uber and they requested information for direct disposit. After first week when I didn't receive my pay, I checked my information I entered and I noticed I did a mistake. I gave uber my checking account number but my saving transit number. I right away changed the transit number but it was late fir uber to resend me the money. They said we will send it next week with your next pay. Now, after 2weeks I didn't still receive that week money. I talked to them many times but they are honing me id number, invoice number or transfer number to follow up up with bank, but bank or easy line also can not find anything. What should I do in this matter when they says in our record it deposit to my account and I didn't receive anutnibg. Thank you.

If this is in regard to a direct deposit with TD Bank in the U.S., please know that you will need to provide your account and routing numbers. Routing numbers are determined by the State in which you opened your account. For a list of our current routing numbers please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
If you're not certain which routing number to use, you may give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists would be more than happy to confirm this number with you.
Your account number is visible via Online Banking by signing in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq, on your checks or at the top of your physical statement.
We also recommend reconfirming your account information with your depositor.
