Hi Linh, thanks for submitting your question to us here on TD Helps. We'll be glad to provide you with more information regarding account balances.
If your account is currently overdrawn, once your direct deposit is applied to your account, it will first pay off the amount that was overdrawn and then credit the remaining of the deposit to your account as your balance. If the deposit is being electronically credited to your account, there wouldn't be a way to withdraw the deposit without first paying off the overdrawn balance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you have any additional questions regarding your account we ask that you contact us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a nearby TD location. For a listing of our locations and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this clear things up a bit, Linh and enjoy your day.
