I'm setting up a payment account on the Discover Card website. He continues to indicate that there is a problem with the routing number. I've confirmed the number on my check book, confirmed the TD Vermont routing number and confirmed that the account was opened in VT. Seems like there might be some other problem. My wife's TD account is already set up on the same Discover Card page and hers works fine.
