I paid for something online with my TD card and never received it. I tried getting reimbursed through the site but am getting no where. How can I be refunded the money?

We'd like to reassure you that in the event of any trouble with a merchant, we're here to assist you.
First, since you wrote in that you originally had business with the dressmaker, to dispute any charge they made to your account, you'll want to give them a call to determine if they'll refund you. It's necessary to check with the merchant for the possibility of a resolution before filing a claim with TD Bank.
Once you attempt to resolve this with them, or since it sounds like you may have already done so, if they are unable or unwilling to provide a refund you can then dispute the item with us. If the charge was made via your TD Visa Debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim. Or, if the charge was made with your TD Visa Credit card, you're welcome to call 888-561-8861 for assistance.
