I was charged $xxx on 10/13/15 by hp product svc prp and am disputing the charge. How do I dispute this with TD Bank?

Good to see you this evening and we're sorry to hear about any trouble you're having with a charge on your account.
To begin the process of disputing an item, we ask that you call us or visit us in person. If you would like to call, we're happy to help 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or you can stop in to any of our Stores listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Kindly note that the item must be posted to your account history, rather than pending, in order for us to begin the claim for you.
We'd also like to mention that if this was a transaction involving a company you did business with, you'll want to reach out to the merchant directly for a resolution first. In the instance that they aren't able to assist you, we can then file your claim. We recommend keeping track of any correspondence you had with the company, including the names of anyone you speak with and the dates, for the claim process.
