I took out money at a bank machine in Dubai and I am certain I did not get the right amount. I would like to have it looked into. I put the money in my wallet and then when I went to pay is when I noticed there was not the right amount.

We should be able to file a dispute to have your withdrawal investigated. The investigation should be able to determine if you were in fact provided an incorrect dollar amount and recover those funds. To start your dispute, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
