I have a business that has been charging my card monthly. I had told them over a year ago that they are not to charge that card, but they have been. I'm not sure if it's 120 days or 180 days that I can go back and issue chargebacks for those months?

Hi Lisa, thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps. We're sorry to hear about the unauthorized transactions.
If these transactions were on your TD Bank Debit Card, please refer to page 48-49 here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ for additional information. If you have already attempted to resolve this with the merchant and you encounter any difficulty or are otherwise unable to get a refund from them, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://bit.ly/TDStores for us to review further with you.
If the transactions in question were on your TD Credit Card, we ask that you contact TD Card Services 24/7 at 888-561-8861 for further details.
We hope this helps, Lisa and take care.
