There are charges on my back account done thru my debit card that I need to dispute. I did not make them. One is a paypal charge. What do I need to do?

Good morning and thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Melissa. We apologize to hear about your situation. In most cases, TD Bank should be able to file a claim on your behalf in regards to any unauthorized charges. We'd like to reassure you that we're here to safeguard your funds and assist you with this process.
As you wrote in that you had a charge from PayPal, we recommend you first want to give them a call. It's necessary to check with the merchant for the possibility of a refund before filing a claim with TD Bank.
If you attempt to resolve this with PayPal and you encounter any difficulty or are otherwise unable to get a refund from them, you can then dispute the item with us. Since you mentioned that the charge was made via your debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://go.td.com/TDStores for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim.
We are always here to help out, Melissa. Feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions.
