I tried to order cupcakes for my sisters birthday and was charged for them, the cupcakes were never delivered and I was told i would be receiving a refund but haven't, I have been calling the bakery for about two weeks trying to settle this but have not been able to get through. The mailbox for the bakery is full and the last few days I've been calling the phone just keeps ringing. I would like to dispute he charge.
