I made an online purchase on 11/16/15, through a site DressLilly.com. Unfortunately i hadn't done enough research into the company and found numerous horrible reviews and refunds that were never respected. As for my order i recieved part of it, and decided the quality was less then satisfactory. I contacted DressLilly and stated i would like to cancel the rest of my order and recieve credit back to my account. I was told this was done and i would need to give 7 - 25 business days to see the credit. I was told this on 11/30, the customer service stated i would be able to see the cancelled order through my dress lilly account, which indicates progress made with the refund. I recently reached out to them again and was given the same generic message that my "refund had been put through 'now' and would see it in 7 to 25 business days." Now that tells me either they never put it through the first time i was told they did or even worse there is no real due process for refunding customers with this company. And if you read the reviews you may understand why I'm saying this. Nonetheless i write you to ask if you can help me in anyway get my money back. These were Christmas presents for family and this couldn't have come in a worse time. I did make the purchase with my TD Bank debit card. Sorry about the novel. Lol. Thank you for your time.

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps today, Zachary.
We'd like to reassure you that in the event of any trouble with a merchant, we're here to assist you.
First, since you wrote in that you originally had business with the merchant, to dispute any charge they made to your account, you'll want to give them a call to determine if they'll refund you. It's necessary to check with the merchant for the possibility of a resolution before filing a claim with TD Bank.
Once you attempt to resolve this with them, or since it sounds like you may have already done so, if they are unable or unwilling to provide a refund you can then dispute the item with us. If the charge was made via your TD Visa Debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim. Or, if the charge was made with your TD Visa Credit card, you're welcome to call 888-561-8861 for assistance.
Thanks for reaching out, Zachary and take care.
