Depending on the type of the dispute you filed, you may receive provisional credits before the investigation is complete. Also, the length of processing a claim varies. To find out the status of your claim, please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists if you are referring to your TD Checking or Money Market account claim. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review this claim with you. Also, you may visit any TD Bank Store, during normal lobby hours to have your claim reviewed in person.
