I would like to open a new account but I don't have a car and my boyfriend works a lot so I was wondering if setting up an account online was possible or if i would still need to come into the bank itself

No matter how you'd like to open your new account(s), there are two forms of identification that we will need to process your information. If you are a U.S. citizen, we'll need your Social Security Number and a form of photo identification (Driver's License, Passport, state-issued ID, etc.). If you're a non-U.S. citizen, then we'll need your Passport and another secondary form of ID (Driver's License, Nexus Card, Residence Card, etc.). Please have these IDs available when you open your new account.
