I have my own individual account, but the tax checks would be with my name & my husband. Will I be able to have them directly deposited into my account? Or would his name have to be added to my account?

Welcome to TD Helps, Denise. We'd be glad to help!
Direct deposit is a great way to ensure your funds are available to you immediately rather than waiting for a deposited check to clear. Since a tax refund is considered a government deposit, the funds would need to be deposited into an account with at least your name on it.
