Spoke to customer service and was told I could just pay and did not need a pay off statement. Is this correct? Also, I do not receive statements is the only way to get one by mail?

Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Alaina. We' be glad to help.
Please know that if you are paying your auto loan off in full, you will need to request a payoff amount.
To obtain a payoff on a car loan, we recommend contacting our Financial Solutions Group at 800-937-5020. They are available 24/7 for your assistance.
For a verbal payoff amount, you will need the year, make and model and the last 6 digits of the VIN number of the vehicle.
To receive a written payoff amount, we will need the borrowers authorization signature on the request with a good through date (example 10 day or 7 day payoff quote), faxed to 207-755-4245. Please allow one full business day for a return fax.
After they provide the amount remaining on the loan, you may send the overnight payment to the address below:
TD Bank Attn: Payoff Dept. ME2-001-019 32 Chestnut Street Lewiston, ME 04240
If the Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, you may contact a TD Auto Finance Representative Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 for more information.
Keep in mind that if you are making your monthly payment, a statement is not needed to do so. If you are unsure as to how much your monthly bill is, feel free to reach out to us using one of the numbers mentioned above.
We hope this helps, Alaina! Have a good day.
