Thanks for your interest in opening a Savings account with us, Destiny.
Saving funds is always essential, and we're more than happy to provide helpful information today.
In order to open a personal Checking or Savings account you must be 18 years or older. If you are under the age of 18, we do ask that an adult accompanies you to one of our nearby TD Bank Stores to open a joint account. For help locating a TD Store near you, please visit: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Before stopping in, we recommend taking a look at the Savings accounts we have to offer. You are able to check out: https://go.td.com/2dIcnAw to view our Savings accounts.
If you need some help determining the right account for you, we recommend checking out our Account Selector here: https://go.td.com/2sx4N2E for a custom recommendation.
Once you found the right account for you, both of you and your parent or guardian will need to provide a valid form of identification such as Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc. and Social Security Number. If you are a minor, acceptable forms of identification for minors includes; School ID (preferably with a picture), Passport, US Birth Certificate or Social Security Card.
Thanks again for your interest, and we hope you have an awesome day!
