We love having you here at TD Helps, Debra and we'd be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
It is always a good idea to place travel notifications on your accounts before you leave on a trip to avoid any interruptions to your TD Debit Card usage; also please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set.
To place a travel notification, you can call our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting your local TD Bank Store. For a listing of TD Bank Stores and hours check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are setup for Online Banking, another option would be to send a secured message using www.tdbank.com and request the travel notifications be added to your account. To send a secured message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. Please include your travel destination(s) and travel dates.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, account number, and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).If you need assistance, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7, at 800-493-7562.
Thanks for visiting us, Debra and have a wonderful day!
