Good morning, Everette.
We appreciate you bringing your question to TD Helps today. We'll be more than happy to clear up any confusion.
While most employers are able to accept Direct Deposit Authorization Forms, if your employer is requesting a blank check copy, we'd like to recommend connecting with them for further instructions on what they are, and are not, able to accept.
In the event that they are unable to accept an Authorization Form, and are still asking you for a blank check, as you are hoping to start receiving your direct deposits as soon as possible, we'd like to recommend that you visit your nearest TD Store location. By doing so, they should be able to provide you with a starter check, free of charge!
To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. Once you have arrived, you're welcome to sit down with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours.
If you'd like, during your visit, one of our Representatives can even place a check order for you, and checks will typically be delivered to your address within 7-10 business days.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to connect with us, 24/7, at 1-888-751-900. Our Banking Specialists are always happy to help!
We sincerely hope this helps, Everette, and please enjoy the rest of your day!
Have an amazing Thursday.
