Student will be attending a college that has an ATM that does not charge a fee for using cards issued by NYCE, Honor or Plus. Will we still be charged a fee by TFD Bank?

Good morning, Bob!
This is a great question, and at this time, each withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made at an ATM not owned by TD is subject to a $3.00 fee, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. This fee is waived for some accounts, and we invite you to check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK to determine if your account type may have this waiver in place.
It's also important to note that, should you decide to use a non TD ATM, the owner of that machine or network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction. This fee may also include a fee for balance inquires.
If you have any questions, or if you'd like to discuss your account in further detail, you're more than welcome to reach out to a Banking Specialist, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000, or visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Thanks for stopping by today, Bob! Have a great Tuesday.
