Good morning, Branko, and welcome to TD Helps.
We're sorry to hear that you're having so much trouble enrolling in online banking, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, we offer our Customer's with the ability to enroll themselves in Personal Online Banking, as well as BusinessDirect; however, in order to do so, you will unfortunately need to have a debit or ATM card for your account. In the event that you don't have a card, that's okay, as our Banking Specialists are here to help you enroll!
To reach a Banking Specialist, you may simply dial 1-888-751-9000. For your convenience, our Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! In addition to calling, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition to the information provided above, we notice that you're contacting us today from Toronto, ON, in Canada. Just in case your account may be held with TD Canada Trust, and not TD Bank, please know that you may reach a TD Canada Trust Specialist at 1-866-222-3456, also 24/7. While we both may share the same TD shield, we are different entities, and if your account is held with them, we'd like to recommend that you speak with a TD Canada Trust Specialist directly.
We hope you found this information helpful, Branko!
Thanks again for joining us today! Have a fantastic Thursday.
