We apologize that you are having trouble redeeming your rewards points, and we are more than happy to assist you.
First, if you're not yet enrolled in TD Bank's Card Service, you may use the link here: http://bit.ly/28IBsq6 to get started. To fully enroll, you will need your credit card number, your Social Security Number, the zip code registered to your card, as well as the three digit security code that can be found on the back of your card. Once you are enrolled, and you're able to access your card information, towards the center of your screen under the 'Reward Points Summary', you can locate the points you have available, and can even click on the green 'Redeem Points' hyper link to check out the options available to you!
As you mentioned that you are unable to view the points that you have earned with your TD Bank Credit Card, it sounds as though you may be viewing and making payments on your card through your Personal Online Banking with TD Bank. While this is a great way to make payments directly from a deposit account you may have with TD Bank, you are also able to monitor your Credit Card through TD Card Service's webpage directly, http://bit.ly/28LTtn1.
By using the link provided above, not only will you be able to review your credit card transactions in further detail, but you can also make payments with other accounts you may have with other financial institutions, and even review and redeem any Reward Points you may have already earned.
