A resonse in your questions community said a TD customer using a Presto Atm in Florida would not be charged an atm fee. Is this true?

Welcome to TD Helps, Larry. We'd be happy to review how to avoid ATM fees.
The Presto ATMs located in Florida do not incur a fee from the ATM itself however; a non-TD ATM fee would still apply for the use of these machines. For more information on the fees that may be applied, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
To avoid these fees, we do have some helpful tips for you. The use of a TD ATM would waive the fee for balance inquiries and withdrawals. To find a TD ATM near you please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Another option would be getting cash back when using your debit card at the point of sale; many major retailers and grocery chains will give cash back at the register without a fee. If you aren't near an ATM, TD or non, you may use your TD Debit Card for purchases where ever Visa is accepted worldwide!
We do have some deposit account products which will either waive non-TD ATM fees, or may also receive unlimited ATM surcharge refunds.
