If you are referring to your TD Bank safe deposit box, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists.

Hi I received a letter regarding a bank account that I opened during the summer and I was notified that the account is over due and further action would be taken. The address registered on the account was my work address as I was a counsellor at a summer camp but I am from Scotland. Can you please let me know how to rectify the problem as I obviously don't want this to escalate further.

As you mentioned you're currently living in Scotland, which we hear is beautiful by the way, we ask that you contact us from outside the U.S. 24/7 by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone. Once you speak with a Banking Specialist we can review the status of your account and connect you with our Recovery Department, if need be.
