Please know that you can reach a live Banking Specialist anytime day or night at 888-751-9000. Just hit Option 0 to be connected with a dedicated Specialist 24/7 to discuss your account. You may also find this page that lists the Bank-by-Phone menu options helpful: http://bit.ly/1HuHfKI. On any menu using the Bank-by-Phone system you can hit Option 0 to directly talk to a real person.
If necessary, please remember that you can always stop by your local TD Bank Store for assistance if you'd like. Find the closest Store and their lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. As an alternative, if you've enrolled for Online Banking with us, you can also send us a Secure Message to answer any questions you may have about your account. To send a Secure Message just login here to access your online profile: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here if you have a BusinessDirect account with us: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8). Then, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the “Message Center.” You can send us a message with your question and a Banking Specialist will respond back within 24-48 hours of your request.

We'd be happy to provide you with several options for reviewing your account.
The first and easiest way may be through online or mobile banking. You can log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq or by logging into your mobile app. If you haven't yet enrolled, we'd be happy to help!
As long as you have your account number, debit card number and Social Security Number, you should be able to set up your profile online or through our app.
To begin this, please click here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. If you're doing this from a mobile device or tablet, it can be done with our app. Simply download our app to begin. You can click here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H to find our app for Apple or Google.
To start, you'll be asked to select whether this if for a personal or business account and press 'Continue'. You will then need to accept our Terms and Conditions to continue. Once you've accepted, you'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to enter the info I've listed above, as well as your name, email address, and what type of account you have. You can then create your username. Please note that usernames must contain at least one letter and one number and must be 6 to 32 characters in length. Once that's done, you'll need to create your password. Passwords are case sensitive, can be 8-32 characters in length, and must contain at least one letter and one number. Once you've entered all of this information, press 'Continue' to set up your Security Questions. Once this completed, you'll be all set!

In addition to speaking with us at the number above, we also offer an automated system to check your balance, recent transactions, and even transfer funds between your accounts. To use our automated banking system, please call 800-YES-2000 (800-937-2000). If you have not yet set up your phone passcode for the automated system, the system will walk you through that process. Once set up, you'll be able to access your account using that passcode anytime 24/7.
