Thanks for your question, Danny. We'd be glad to help.
You are able to use our TD Visa Debit Cards anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide! If you need a TD Debit Card, you are able to obtain one in a variety of ways.
You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to request a Debit Card be sent to your address. Please know that Debit Cards may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
You are also able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store to receive a Debit Card the same day! To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please be sure to bring your valid photo I.D. upon your visit (Driver's License, passport, State issued photo I.D. etc.).
If you do not have the time to call or visit us, you are able to send us a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not currently enrolled, feel free to call us, visit a TD Store or enroll online by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY.
If you already have a Debit Card and you're looking for alternative options, we recommend taking a look at our Prepaid Visa Cards here: http://bit.ly/1HRQcyr.
To avoid any service interruptions while traveling outside the U.S., we recommend placing a Travel Notification on your account prior to your trip. You are able to reach out to our Representatives using any method mentioned above and they'll be glad to update your account. Please be sure to provide your travel dates and any connecting flight information.
Please keep in mind, a Travel Notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
