Thank you for choosing TD Bank for your banking needs, Alicia.
For a non-US resident to open an account with us, please visit us at a TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. Feel free to check out our Store locator for our hours and locations here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We invite your husband to review the many different types of Checking and Savings accounts we offer. To view and compare our Checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or use our Checking selector tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a Checking account that is the best fit for him. To view and compare Savings account products, click on http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9, or if he prefers, we also have a Savings selector tool at http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM which can also help him choose the best Savings account for his needs.
Once he is ready to visit us at a TD Store location, he will need to bring two forms of identification with him. One form of ID must be a valid non-US Passport and the second form of valid ID he may select from the list below:
• Employment ID with Photo and Signature
• US Birth Certificate
• US Passport Card with Photo
• Welfare ID with Photo
• State Issued Driver's License with Signature, no Photo
• Non-US Passport
• Foreign Driver's License with Photo
• US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
• College ID with Photo
• Firearms Permit with Photo
• Alien Registration Card with Photo
• Permanent Resident Card with Photo
Last but not least, it is highly recommended to contact the TD Store your husband will be visiting to open the account in advance to confirm if any other information will be needed.
We hope you find our answer helpful and please don't hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions. We hope you have a great weekend, Alicia!
